Hey everyone!
Only 2 weeks until I head across the Pacific to Australia! I can't wait to venture to a completely new part of the world. It will be winter when I arrive, but from what I'm told, the beach city of Brisbane will still be warm and beautiful. I intend to post tons of pictures on here (mostly of food, I'm sure), so check back in a few weeks for more updates! As for now, I'm immersed in a book on Australian culture, hoping to learn a thing or two to prepare myself for the new accent.
