ReplyDeleteomg no! it's so delicious. i would make it my background image if it wouldn't make horrifically hungry ALL the time... haha. also, i found out that prosciutto, salame, and all these kind of tuscan meats are all uncooked, just preserved! makes me think twice about protein denaturing due to pH level manipulation instead of heat.
